Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Deputy Program Manager/Project Manager to lead diverse projects, bolster client relationships, and drive successful program delivery for local, state, and federal clients.

You will oversee CMS and CEI staff, plan and execute work within schedule and budget, mentor technical teams, prepare reports, and help develop proposals to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field (required).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project, or program management.
• PE license preferred.
• CCM or PMP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage staff effectively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities
