Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with FFP, CPFF/AF, T&M contracts.
• Primary interface to Government customer for direction and status.
• Experience managing milestones under fixed-price or T&M contracts.
• Experience with subcontractors.
• Active TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and report program performance.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, milestones and terms.
• Participate in bid and proposal efforts.
• Manage suppliers to meet program objectives.
• Manage Government/customer property and information.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
• Monitor risks and opportunities in the program.
• Adhere to internal processes, policies, and industry standards.
• Handle various personnel and administrative tasks.
