Job summary

Quantum Sky seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a large DoD IT and Cybersecurity program for the F-35 Joint Office. You will report to the Program Manager and drive cross-team integration, risk management, and quality for mission-critical services in the Joint Virtual Environment.

Onsite in Arlington, VA is required with periodic travel. PMI/PMP certification and a BA/BS are preferred, with 5+ years of program leadership experience in enterprise IT services and ITIL-based operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or AA with 7+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years overseeing multifaceted programs; 7+ years with AA.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience coordinating ITSM operations and service delivery.
• Onsite in Arlington, VA with travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery for tasks and workstreams per PWS and QASP.
• Serve as secondary contact to CO/COR/TPOC; prepare status updates and briefings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across telephony/AV, NOSC, networks, cloud, SaaS, and service desk.
• Embed ITSM/ITIL across Strategy, Design/Transition, Operations, and CSI; participate in CAB/TRB/ECAB.
• Assist in establishing SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, dashboards; analyze trends and drive improvements.
• Support CMDB/ITAM/GFP; ensure license compliance and audit readiness.
• Support RMF/JSIG compliance and incident response.
• Maintain baselines and docs for audits.
