Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in aerospace manufacturing or engineering with 1+ years in PM.
• U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of program plans with supplier schedules, manufacturing activities, and billing milestones.
• Assist with Integrated Master Schedule creation, sequencing, milestones, and risk escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, and customers.
• Track actions, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions with owners and due dates.
• Monitor material commitments, labor burn, revenue timing, margins, and cash flow.
• Track supplier and internal production schedules to identify delays and risks.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely, compliant deliveries.
• Support TDP reviews, build-to-print coordination, ECO activity as required.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, and follow-up communication.
• Prepare program status updates, dashboards, briefing materials for leadership and teams.
• Identify execution issues and drive resolutions with teams.
• Maintain organized program files, trackers, and templates.
• Escalate blockers early with facts, options, and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality and technical requirements.
