A leading national security research institution is seeking a Deputy Group Leader for the Security System Group at LANL. This role involves managing daily activities and overseeing security system projects across various laboratory groups. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, technical knowledge of federal compliance, and strategic planning skills. The position requires excellent communication skills and a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience, along with the ability to manage a large-scale budget. This is an onsite role located in Los Alamos, NM.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal orders and compliance solutions.
• Experience conducting field walk downs for process improvements.
• Demonstrated experience with maintenance policy interpretation.
