Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a finance professional for a 9-month contract at Harbourfront. You will handle full-set accounts for multiple entities, manage master data, and coordinate with outsourced providers to ensure accurate financial operations.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, preferably with a Big 4 background, familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (CA preferred).
• 4–6 years of relevant experience; Big 4 background plus commercial experience is ideal.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 6pm) & Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Job Description

• Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage master data, accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions and work closely with outsourced service providers for financial operation matters
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and XBRL filing submission
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other initiatives as assigned
• Other ad hoc duties assign by supervisor

Role Requirements

Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA Experienced in handling full-set of accounts for multiple entities

4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience

Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies

Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind
