As a Deputy Editor, you will help lead Development Communications for our grassroots brands, including Americans for Prosperity, The LIBRE Initiative, Concerned Veterans for America, and related efforts. This role will oversee Development Communications, including the editorial calendar, workflows, review cycles, deadlines, approvals, and handoffs. • Edit, shape, and occasionally write donor-facing content, including donor emails, proposals, pitch decks, direct mail packages, polling memos, stewardship updates, and related materials.

  • Own the content calendar for grassroots partners and initiatives, ensuring donor-facing content is planned, prioritized, assigned, and delivered on deadline.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Fundraising Strategy, Policy, Legal/Compliance, Creative, and Grassroots teams to ensure content is accurate, strategically aligned, and polished.
