Responsibilities

Reviews law enforcement reports, draft charging, and related documents.
Advises law enforcement on legal questions; observes interviews as needed.
Prepares adult and juvenile cases for court hearings.
Prosecutes cases before family court, justice, and district courts.
Attends specialty courts (e.g. Adult Drug Court, Family Preservation Court).
Drafts and presents appellate briefs and arguments before the Nevada Appellate Court and the Nevada Supreme Court.
