Canon City, Colorado (Fremont County)

The 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney to join our prosecution team in beautiful south-central Colorado.

Our district serves the communities of Fremont, Chaffee, Park, and Custer Counties, offering a unique opportunity to gain meaningful courtroom experience while making a direct impact on public safety and the pursuit of justice.

Position Overview

This position is based in our Canon City office and primarily focuses on prosecuting cases in County Court. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and gain substantial courtroom experience through hearings, motions, trials, and other judicial proceedings.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $88,000 – $92,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
