Qualifications

• At least five years of demonstrated experience in a complex public agency.

• Knowledge of criminal intelligence, information sharing, and public safety operations.
• Proven leadership and supervisory ability across diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate NC HIDTA/NCRIC operations and advise the Executive Director.
• Develop and maintain program policies and procedures.
• Manage personnel from various agencies assigned to NC HIDTA/NCRIC.
• Approve assignments, projects, investigations, and assessments.
• Represent the NC HIDTA/NCRIC at intelligence meetings and briefings.
• Plan annual reports, strategy, and budget proposals.
• Develop initiative performance measures and evaluation criteria.
• Assume duties of the Executive Director in their absence.
