Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 3–5 years’ experience in an administrator or project manager role with grant management responsibilities.
• Experience with budgeting, contracting, reporting, and capital improvement planning.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Director in executing department strategic plans and major projects; coordinates budgets and initiatives.
• Manages budgets and grants for parks and facilities capital improvement planning; ensures compliance.
• Provides project management for capital improvements; monitors contracts and purchasing policies.
• Participates in grant writing, reporting, and tracking for various grant funds.
• Represents the department in meetings with stakeholders and city departments to promote programs.
