Job summary

Solventum invites a seasoned Deputy Director, Federal Market Solutions (Finance), to lead cross‑functional teams in government programs, shaping strategy, budgets, and delivery. You will collaborate with finance, HIM, software, and leadership to ensure successful program outcomes and compliance.

You will drive proposals, win strategic federal awards, and oversee milestone-based payments while aligning to DoD/VA healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience with program management, medical coding or strategic client partnerships.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience analyzing and documenting processes
• Must be located in the United States and able to pass a Government background check for a position of Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Managing partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and Government customers and vendors while serving as Director to FMS Vice President.
• Organizing and leading the Federal Market Solutions Program Management team initiatives from inception to delivery and sustainment, collaborating with HIS product owners and software development teams to define objectives.
• Understand Profit and Loss concepts and milestone management aligned to financials to support government initiatives and products.
• Develop and implement project management controls to satisfy contractual requirements.
• Develop new proposals and strategy to win future Government awards from Federal with an understanding of firm fixed priced contracts and milestone-based payments.
• Perform other related tasks to support Solventum Federal Market Solutions with a growth mindset.
