Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for Justice & Safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the County Administrator, elected officials, and department heads to execute priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans including CJCC priorities and County Strategic Plan.
  • Lead CJCC coordination, quarterly meetings, and cross-agency collaboration.
  • Engage with communities and partners to improve public safety and equity.
