• 16+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in STEM, or 14+ years with a Master's in STEM.
• US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance.
• +10 years of software experience (C++, real-time embedded software, OO design).
• +5 years of hardware/software integration with system architecture.
• Experience with technical leadership, coaching and team management.
• Experience with engineering metrics and EVMS.
