Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences with 8–12 years of experience or Master's with 6–10 years of experience.
• May possess a doctorate in a technical domain.
• Must be comfortable assembling and troubleshooting equipment including experimental systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive tasking at a high level from Project Manager and Chief Engineer.
• Ensure compliance of select contract deliverables.
• Execute solutions for delegated Cost and Risk Reductions Opportunities.
• Mentorship of junior staff and oversight of risk reporting.
• Interface with Customer, Design Authority, and Suppliers as System-Level SME.
• Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and teammates.
