Job summary

Technica LLC in Fort Bliss, Texas seeks a Supply Technician Lead to manage inventory, storage, and depot supply activities on a government contract. The Lead will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate daily tasks, enforce SOPs and GCSS-Army policies, and serve as the communication bridge between team and management.

Candidates should have 5+ years of leadership and GCSS-Army experience, and be proficient with LIS/CMOS; an MHE license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and team-building experience at Technician/NCO level or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of GCSS-Army (plant 2001 warehouse management) experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, storage, shelf-life, and depot supply activities.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff; assign and monitor daily tasks.
• Act as communication bridge between team and management.
• Enforce SOPs and GCSS-Army policies; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain environmental compliance and Army regulations related to supply.
• Manage stock control, turn in PQDRs and SDRs; liaison with customers.
• Prioritize work, reconcile monthly, maintain item accountability.
• Operate MHE and obtain necessary licenses.
• Produce reports on workload and performance.
• Direct workload according to guidelines and policies.
