Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a General Manager to lead a depot, drive service excellence, and maximize profitability at our Melville, NY location. You will supervise both the depot team and adjacent leaders, ensuring safety, fleet efficiency, and strong customer service.

You will mentor staff, optimize operations, monitor KPIs, and deliver financial results while maintaining compliance with FDA/DOT standards in a fast-paced oil-distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of operations management experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to drive safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
