Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for depot maintenance activities.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for assigned personnel.
• Analyze, interpret, categorize, and enter depot maintenance information into Government database systems.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Maintain familiarity with Government data systems and data-entry processes.
• Review program requirements to ensure necessary support is provided at the right time and place.
• Coordinate administrative requirements across programs and activities.
• Arrange travel for the Director, Operations Office, and technicians.
• Maintain organized administrative records and information.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed to depot maintenance operations.
