SUMMARY:

Responsible for completing quality assurance reviews within the Operations Shared Services Department. This includes review of all signature cards and other related documents for all new deposit accounts and/or existing deposit accounts with recent changes and customer CIP information. Responsibilities will also include review of deposit accountholds.

Verifies completeness and accuracy of required account documentation, ensuring all uploaded files meet regulatory, procedural, and policy expectations.

Confirms ownership details byvalidatingthat all owners, signers, and authorized parties are correctlyidentifiedand documented.

Validates Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements,ensuringall CIP elements are accurately recorded on the signature card and within the system.

Ensures consistency between system records and electronic documents,identifyingdiscrepancies.

Reviews deposit account holds for compliance with Regulation CC, ensuring hold types, amounts, and availability timelines are applied correctly and documented appropriately.

Provides support to banking centers as needed related to errors and corrections.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
