Qualifications

• Significant exposure to deposit account processing activities.
• Proven supervisory/management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the check and deposit account processing function.
• Manage all aspects of lockbox remittance processing.
• Prepare monthly statistical control reports.
• Resolve customer issues related to deposit exceptions.
• Oversee customer Masterfile records.
• Manage ATM/Debit Card settlement and reconciliation.
• Responsible for deposit account research and adjustments.
• Coach and mentor the Retail Operations team.
