Job summary

tech-partners is seeking Warehouse Associates for a large technology deployment project in Tulsa, OK. This onsite role involves receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping customer equipment while keeping inventory records accurate.

Ideal candidates will have shipping/receiving experience, strong organizational skills, and experience with inventory management systems. SAP experience is a plus. This position is full-time for ~1+ month with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to accurately track and document inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming equipment shipments.
• Accurately log inventory and package information into SAP.
• Track equipment throughout the staging and deployment process.
• Prepare and package configured equipment for shipment to customer locations.
• Generate and manage shipping documentation.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse work areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with Configuration Technicians to ensure equipment is processed and shipped on schedule.
