Job summary

Flow is the systems engineering platform for hardware teams. You’ll deploy for a portfolio of accounts, migrating requirements from legacy tools, configuring Flow around each program, and redesigning workflows with systems engineers.

You’ll train teams, drive change management, and partner with a software-focused deployment engineer on integration work, shaping how Flow is adopted across customers.

Qualifications

• Real customer-facing experience in pre-sales, post-sales, deployment or consulting.
• Ability to translate between hardware engineers and executives.
• Experience running multi-team deployments and change management.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, and training.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption.
• Design Flow setups and coordinate integration with deployment engineers.
• Gather field feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate with sales and account executives on expansion.
