SIFT is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge technical implementation and customer success for enterprise clients. You’ll own complex deployments, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, and guide adoption with clear roadmaps. Based in Marina Del Rey, CA, this role requires travel and in-person collaboration. Relocation to LA is optional for the right candidate; strong communication across engineers, executives, and customers is essential.

About the Role

As a Deployment Strategist at SIFT, you'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to sophisticated engineering organizations. You will closely partner with our customers, uncover high-value problems, and direct the path towards adoption and transformational solutions.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Own the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers.

• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design robust technical solutions that meet our customer needs.

• Drive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps

The Skillset You'll Bring

• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures

• Experience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations

Bonus Points:

• Background in aerospace, autonomous systems, or other hardware domains is a plus

• Understanding of data pipelines and streaming architectures

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)

• Experience with Python or similar programming languages

• Knowledge of telemetry systems and time-series data

• Understanding of REST APIs and modern web technologies

Location

• Sift’s headquarters is in Marina Del Rey, CA (Next to LAX). We collaborate in person four times a week-Monday through Thursday- and come together for a full week every quarter. We are open to relocating candidates to LA or working from our San Francisco office for the right candidate.

• Ability to travel 10-15% required. Varies by location and customer needs.

Salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year. Plus equity and benefits.
