Job summary

Apple Cupertino, California is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Deployment Platform team. You will help create declarative deployment pipelines and deliver them across multi-cloud environments, with automated safety checks and fast feedback to developers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable services, implement REST/gRPC APIs, and own the lifecycle of deployment tooling from development to production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience building and operating production software.
• Strong programming skills in Java; experience delivering large-scale services.
• Solid foundation in software architecture, system design and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Join Deployment Platform team to enable declarative, safe deployments across multi-/hybrid-cloud environments.
• Build and maintain DSL-based pipelines and GitOps canary analysis features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally from design through implementation and delivery.
