Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a Deployment Planner to coordinate stock transfers with third-party warehouses, understand co-packer networks, and monitor overall stock levels across regions.

You will review stock transfer requests, resolve inventory discrepancies, and proactively communicate with co-packers to ensure product availability and timely updates to customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in deployment methodologies.
  • Proficient in Excel; Experience with SAP/APO/IBP/S4 Hana.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely review and issuance of stock transfers based on inputs.
  • Resolve discrepancies (inventory, schedule changes) with Operations.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks: review shortages, troubleshoot with co-packers, liaise with freight carriers, communicate with team.
  • Communicate with co-packers and warehouse personnel to ensure product availability.
  • Provide product availability information to customer service.

A Day In The Life

In the position of Deployment Planner, you will be responsible for providing third party warehouses with stock transfer requirements based on targeted stock parameters. Understand the products and regions serviced by co-packers, as well as the overall network stock levels.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Provide timely review, and issuance, of stock transfers based on a variety of inputs.
  • Resolve discrepancies (inventory, changes to schedule, etc.) by closely working with all areas of Operations.
  • Effectively manage day-to-day tasks such as reviewing shortages, troubleshooting issues that arise with co-packers, freight carriers and maintaining constant communication with team members.
  • Proactively communicate with key co-packer and warehouse personnel to ensure product availability needs are met.
  • Responsible for providing product availability information to customer service.
Who You Are
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in deployment methodologies
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Excel. Experience with SAP/APO/IBP/S4 Hana

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$26 - $35 USD
