Job summary

Base Power seeks a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator in Austin, TX to schedule, coordinate, and track post-installation field activities with customers and internal teams. You will proactively communicate throughout the process and manage requests across departments to keep projects on time.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with inspectors and utility partners, data-driven process improvements, and ensuring timely, quality field service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination within the construction, solar, EV charger, battery, roofing, or similar field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Experience coordinating with inspectors and utility representatives.
• Proficiency in documenting and using online portals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate field service with customers and our internal field service team to address post-installation needs.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure they are informed throughout the post-installation process.
• Own and manage incoming requests from multiple internal departments, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact.
• Schedule and coordinate field service activities with members and our internal field service team to address post-installation needs.
• Track progress and on field service activities and proactively flag anything that could cause delays.
• Monitor and analyze field service resolution times to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection schedules, field service activities, and PTO status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the post-installation workflow.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate field service with customers and our internal field service team to address any post-installation needs
