Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking dependable Security Officers to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team. You will protect personnel, equipment, and facilities during emergency operations, including monitoring access points and conducting perimeter patrols.

These seasonal deployments may require travel on short notice, lasting several days to over a month. Ideal candidates can deploy within 24 to 72 hours of notification and perform duties outdoors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Able to deploy on short notice and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to emergency response sites.
• Conduct perimeter checks and security patrols.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns.
• Enforce safety protocols and site regulations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with team leads or law enforcement as necessary.
• Support crowd control and maintain order during high-activity periods.
• Provide security coverage for logistical operations and critical assets.
• Work with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
