Are you ready to start defining possible with Northrop Grumman? If so, Northrop Grumman is seeking a Deployable Industrial Security Analyst (level 2) for a rotational position based out of Edwards, CA.
You will develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. You will study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Will be team-oriented, collaboratively working with others in a professional and high-energy environment, and will adapt to constantly changing demands, demonstrating the capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks. Will be responsible for all aspects of program security with special emphasis on Personnel Security, Indoctrinations, Debriefings, and coordination with leadership.
Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
