Overview

We are a small, family-owned landscaping company looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our team long-term. This is not just another job to us—we’re looking for someone we can rely on day in and day out, who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a tight-knit crew.

You’ll be working outdoors on a variety of residential properties, helping us keep yards clean, healthy, and looking their best. If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that takes their work seriously, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance (planting, mowing, edging, pruning, cleanups)
• Perform lawn care services including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control
• Operate equipment such as walk-behind and ride-on mowers, leaf vacuums, and other tools safely
• Help with seasonal work such as spring/fall cleanups, planting, and other projects
• Take care of equipment (cleaning, basic checks, reporting issues)
• Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a small crew
• Show up on time and ready to work every day

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
• Ability to lift and handle physical work
• Basic experience with landscaping or lawn care is a plus (but we can train the right person)
