Job summary

The Home Depot in the Wilkes-Barre area is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead and develop associates across departments. You will coach teams, ensure excellent customer service, and help customers find the merchandise they need.

You will also provide input into operational and merchandising decisions with Store Management and Operations teams, leveraging strong product and process knowledge to drive store performance.

Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution or a combination of multiple departments depending on store structure.
