Job summary

The Home Depot in Rocky River, OH is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead and develop associates across core store departments. You will coach team members, ensure exceptional customer service, and help associates locate merchandise quickly and accurately.

You will provide input on daily operations and merchandising decisions to Store Management and Operations teams, leveraging strong product knowledge to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Department Supervisors have strong product and operational knowledge. Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, and Merchandising Execution or a combination of multiple departments depending on store structure.
