Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead, train, coach, and develop associates across departments to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily locate merchandise. This role requires strong product and operational knowledge and active collaboration with Store Management and Operations teams.

You may oversee one or multiple departments depending on store structure, including Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath,
