T&M Associates is seeking an accomplished Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team as a Department Manager within our Water Market. This is a critical leadership position, where you will manage multiple teams, including Group Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of projects and achievement of business goals across the region.
This position can be based in any of T&M’s New Jersey offices, including Middletown, Toms River, Mount Laurel, or Bloomfield. The Department Manager will lead water teams across North, Central, and South Jersey and work closely with market leaders to develop business strategies that align with overall company goals. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with the Regional Market Leader in the Northeast to plan and drive growth initiatives in the Water sector.
