Nike Paramus Factory Store is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume retail team in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer service and store operations.

You will coach associates, recruit and onboard new teammates, manage scheduling, and drive sales while upholding Nike's Service Principles and community initiatives.

This full-time role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

• Leading your store’s team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and management
• Managing product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $32.08 to $48.12. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
