McDonald’s Franchisee-operated restaurant in Michigan seeks a Department Manager to lead Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments. You will supervise shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, that service staff are trained, and that Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for best service.
• Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include delivering great quality food, ensuring safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, while recognizing and motivating staff.
