Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Store Department Manager (SDM) to coach and motivate store sales teams in Utah. You will be a key member of the store management group, supervising a retail staff to meet business and service goals with a dynamic, engaging leadership style.

You’ll recruit and develop diverse talent, drive selling through all channels, and ensure core standards and visual direction are executed. Embrace a customer-centric culture and help the team deliver results.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful retail management experience.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships inside and outside the organization.
  • Openness to feedback and differing viewpoints to support the business.
  • Use business understanding and sound judgment to solve problems.
  • Make solid recommendations using information from multiple sources.
  • Set goals and priorities to produce quality work.

Your qualities:
