Responsibilites

• Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Assess and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure the Guest Service Department runs smoothly, training staff, coordinating sales promotions, and keeping the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru organized.
• Guarantee kitchen quality, speed, food safety, cost control, and staff training on new menu items.
• Recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing team members.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and enthusiasm for fast‑paced work.
• Must be 18 years or older.
