This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:

✓ Take action first: Lead important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management

✓ Be results oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results

✓ Lead the experience: Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas:

  • Kitchen - supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
  • People - hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Service - deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas within the restaurant to provide the best service

✓ Understand that teamwork is key: Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Responsibilities may include managing Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring great customer experience, managing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing service areas. The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and training kitchen staff. The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating staff.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You must be 18 or older to be a manager in our corporate restaurants.
