Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities: ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, promotions are done well, all service staff is trained, and Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized.

The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities: ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, food is always safe, food cost is controlled, and all kitchen staff is trained in production procedures.

The People Department Manager’s responsibilities: hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating crew.

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
