Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the departmental disciplines.
• Three years’ college-level teaching experience.
• Three years’ admin/leadership experience at post-secondary level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides instructional leadership and administrative oversight for multiple disciplines.
• Develops curricula, approves courses, and selects textbooks.
• Hires, supervises, and evaluates full- and part-time faculty and staff.
• Develops department reports and budgets.
• Oversees grant proposals and implementation.
• Participates on divisions and college committees and public outreach.
