Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a NICU night-shift travel assignment in Denver, CO. The role requires Level III NICU experience and NRP, with responsibilities including airway and ventilator management for neonatal and pediatric patients.

The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights. Strong preference for candidates with Meditech experience and NBRC certification.

Qualifications

• Active RRT license required; NICU Level III experience is essential.
• 6+ months NICU RRT experience required; Level III NICU experience needed.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (NRP Advanced 9th Edition).

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients, including airway and ventilator management.
• Support ED with respiratory care as needed.
• Operate NICU-specific equipment and monitor patient ventilation status.
