Enterprise Medical Recruiting is helping a physician-owned, mission-driven medical group in Denver, Colorado add Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physicians to their team. You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Highlights include Monday–Friday with some schedule flexibility and APP support; rounding on patients in skilled nursing, acute care, and long-term

• Travel between multiple facilities as needed; reliable transportation required.
• See 18 patients per day.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, case management and psychology.
• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings.

You will provide compassionate, comprehensive care across post-acute and long-term care settings and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Highlights

• Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
• Round on patients in skilled nursing, acute care, and long term care facilities
• Travel between multiple facilities as needed; reliable transportation required
• See 18 patients per day
• Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
• Minimal rotating weekend and holiday call duties - NO night call

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary Range is $275,000 - $300,000 plus performance bonuses
