Competenze

• U.S. Citizen with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of database and/or application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience with government, environmental, or regulatory data systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain, enhance, and support SDWIS/STATE and DW-SFTIES applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle and relational database tables.
• Support data migration, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Access applications, including queries, forms, and reports.
• Support drinking water compliance activities in accordance with 40 CFR Part 141.
• Prepare monthly status reports, technical documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs) and comply with QA/QC standards.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with staff, contractors, and stakeholders to support program goals.
