The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. Experience in employment litigation is preferred, but not required, and candidates with strong general litigation experience are encouraged to apply. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities.

This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, a demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and a litigation experience, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, a desire for excellence, a drive to win, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Colorado Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the salary range for this position will be: $170,000 - $220,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
