You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business teams to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance and practical strategies for growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in at least one U.S. state.
• 8+ years of legal experience in healthcare environments (law firm, health plan, PBM, or related).
• Hands-on Medicare Part D regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Medicare Part D, CMS regulations, reporting, audits and enforcement.
• Monitor healthcare regulatory developments and advise on operational implications.
• Assess regulatory risks and develop practical, feasible solutions.
• Support government audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
