CenterWell Home Health is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinicians in Denver, CO, guiding clinical practice and coordinating patient services in a home health setting.

You will ensure Medicare/commercial payer compliance, oversee documentation and audits, and participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews while supporting quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Home health and management experience preferred.
• OASIS experience or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS PDGM regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guide, support, and educate clinicians; assist with care planning and clinical decisions.
• Ensure documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare and company standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
• Review OASIS, visit notes, and plan of care for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure timely documentation submission.
• Assist with OASIS accuracy and validation against care plans.
• Monitor quality indicators and help develop improvement plans.
• Lead quality improvement projects and internal audits.
