You will be the crucial bridge between our dental technicians and the dentists we serve, managing case logistics and ensuring operations run smoothly. This role requires 2 years of experience finishing flexible partials, US work authorization, and a strong desire to grow in the dental field.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Flexible Partial Finisher to join our dynamic lab team. In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between our dental technicians and the dentists/dental surgeons we serve. You’ll manage case logistics, handle technical inquiries, and ensure our operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Finishing flexible parial materials such as Valpast, FRS, TCS and Acry-Tone

What We Are Looking For

• Prior Work Experience: 2 years prior experience in finishing flexible partials.
• Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
• Motivation to Learn: A strong desire to grow within the dental field.
• Willingness to Accept Feedback: Be able to accept feedback and correction without dispute from fellow co-workers and Management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must feel comfortable and professional speaking with other Technicians and Managers.
