Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to join our team. You will learn digital denture production through our comprehensive training program and collaborate with dentists to deliver high-quality prosthetics that improve patient smiles.

Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude to navigate a digital workflow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail in denture production and fitting processes.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Experience working in a dental office is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
• Relocation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
