Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital to learn digital denture production and contribute to better smiles. You’ll train on industry-leading equipment and work with certified trainers while supporting dentists to enhance patient satisfaction.

You will print and fabricate dentures, perform repairs and relines, and help manage lab supplies as part of a collaborative dental team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have computer and technical aptitude to navigate a digital world.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for denture work.
  • Attention to detail in every step of fabrication.
  • Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Dental office experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.
  • Relocation flexibility is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Print and fabricate dentures.
  • Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
  • Assist with laboratory supply orders.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
