Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base and established patient flow. You will be responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialty support to ensure comprehensive care.

The role offers production-based earnings (up to 36% of collections), bonuses, and opportunities for mentorship within a network of doctors, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing CE support.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development

Education

DMD or DDS degree (ADA CODA-accredited)
